With the new school year just a few weeks away, Millington Community Schools has hired a few new staff members. In order to get to know them better, we asked them a few questions and will post the answers here every week. Our third spotlight will be on one of our new teachers at Meachum Elementary - Ashley Dunham.
Ashley attended Mayville High School and Saginaw Valley State University.
Ashley is married to Tyler and together they have three children, Renny, Charlie, and Booker. The Dunhams moved to the Millington area about a year ago and are excited to be involved in the community.
Ashley's hidden talent is making fancy coffee.
When asked what she feels will be the best thing about working at Millington Community Schools, Ashley replied, "I am super excited to join a team of wonderful coworkers who share in my passion for creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. I am really happy to be here and feel so welcomed already."
