I am writing to let you know that Millington Community Schools is nearing the end of Year 3 of the Strategic Planning Process, and we are preparing for next year. We are conducting a school survey during the month of March in order to gather information that will be used to update our plans for Year 4. We are conducting the survey to gather information about the strengths and weaknesses of the district so we can make plans to improve Millington Community Schools moving forward. Please take some time to complete the school survey by Friday, March 13, 2026, at 3:00 pm at the link below:
MCS - 2026 STRATEGIC PLANNING SURVEY
This will be the final year of the current MCS Strategic Plan. Next year is an important year because we will start the discussion on renewing the MCS Sinking Fund, along with any major projects that we will accomplish in the next ten years. We appreciate your feedback and are looking forward to using the information we gain from students, staff, parents, and community members while updating the MCS Strategic Plan.

2nd Semester
LIMITED OPENINGS: 1st grade through 5th grade. The School of Choice window for enrolling in the second semester is January 12-23, 2026. Applications are located at the district office or any building office.
UNLIMITED OPENINGS: 6th -12th grade. The School of Choice window for enrolling in the second semester is January 12-23, 2026. Applications are located at the district office or any building office.
Please complete the application and the Affirmation of Discipline form and return them to the district office between January 12-23, 2026. All completed applications must be received at the district office by 3:30 p.m. on January 23, 2026. The district office is located at the Kirk School, 8664 Dean Drive.

Please be advised that Millington Community Schools does not provide bus transportation to our schools from homes outside the district. However, if parents transport children to one of the district’s bus stops, they can ride our bus to school and back to that stop at the end of the school day if space is available.
